Zygon Baltic Consulting Terms of Service

We organize and conduct individual training and group training. The training group has from 4 participants. The optimal number of participants in a group is from 6-8 participants (if the training involves the performance of practical tasks for the acquisition of the subject). 

We organize and conduct lectures with up to 250 participants.

Participation in the training is possible:

1. if prepayment for training has been made;

2. if an Agreement on receiving a training service has been concluded prior to the training.

If prepaid for studies has been made, but the group is not completed:

1. Within 1-14 days we return the paid tuition fee;

2. agree on the participant's participation in the next study group;

3. we agree on the provision of individual training (individual study program acquisition in a smaller number of hours).

If the training has been prepaid, but the participant informs that he / she will not be able to attend the training, we agree on the partial or full return of the paid amount, or we agree on the participation of the participant in another training group.

If a prepayment for the training has been made, but the participant does not attend the training without informing, we will deduct the entire amount paid for the training.

We provide on-site training and consultations at Blaumaņa Street 22, Riga or ATTA Center, Krasta Street 66 or at one of the places offered by the Client.

We provide training and consultations remotely (on-line) on MS TEAMS or ZOOM platforms.

ZYGON BALTIC CONSULTING PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide the natural person - the data subject - with information on the purpose, scope, protection and term of processing of personal data during the acquisition of data and processing of personal data of the data subject.

2. Scope of the document

2.1. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

ZBC cares about customers 'privacy and personal data protection, respects customers' right to the lawfulness of personal data processing in accordance with applicable law - the Personal Data Protection Law, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (Regulation) and other applicable privacy and data processing legislation.

2.4. The Privacy Policy applies to the processing of data, regardless of the form and / or environment in which the customer provides personal data (on the ZBC website, in paper format or by telephone) and in which company systems or paper form it is processed.

 

3. Collection and use of personal data

3.1. We may collect personal information from you directly when you provide ZBC information to register on zygon.lv, to receive information or shipments, to leave a comment, to ask a question, to contact ZBC or for other purposes. Please note that we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide this information voluntarily.

3.2. Data that ZBC could collect directly from you:

o personal identification code.

3.3. When applying for news, ZBC can send information about planned training courses and other planned events to the e-mail address provided by you.

3.4. ZBC processes personal data for the following purposes:

For communication: - preparation and conclusion of the contract; - provision / maintenance of services; - improvement of services, development of new services; - to promote the use of the service; - customer and partner service; - examination and processing of objections; - settlement administration; - debt recovery and recovery; - maintenance and improvement of the website.

3.4.2. For work planning and analysis: - statistics and work analysis; - planning and accounting; - for measuring efficiency; - data quality assurance; - preparation of reports; - for other specific purposes, of which the Customer is informed at the moment he provides the relevant data to ZBC.

4. Legal basis for personal data processing

4.1. ZBC processes the customer's personal data on the following legal bases:

• for concluding and executing a contract - to enter into a contract upon the client's application and ensure its execution;

• for compliance with regulatory enactments - to fulfill the obligation specified in external regulatory enactments binding on ZBC;

• in accordance with the consent of the client - data subject;

• in the legitimate (legitimate) interests - to realize the legitimate (legitimate) interests of ZBC arising from the obligations existing between ZBC and the client or the concluded agreement or the law.

4.2. ZBC's legitimate (legitimate) interests are:

• verify the customer's identity before concluding the contract;

• to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations;

• prevent unreasonable financial risks for its operations;

• retain client applications for training courses or other events;

• analyze ZBC website, websites, develop and implement their improvements;

• design and develop services;

• advertise your services by sending informative notices;

• send other reports on the progress of the contract and events relevant to the performance of the contract;

• persons provided for in external regulatory enactments upon their justified request, in accordance with the procedures and to the extent specified in external regulatory enactments;

• in cases specified in external regulatory enactments, for the protection of the legitimate interests of ZBC, for example, by applying to a court or other state institutions against a person who has infringed the legitimate interests of these ZBCs 6. Duration of storage of personal data

6.1. ZBC stores and processes the customer's personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

• only as long as the contract with the client is valid;

• as long as, in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments, ZBC or the client can realize its legitimate interests (for example, submit objections or bring or bring a claim to court);

• as long as one of the parties has a legal obligation to retain the data;

• as long as the customer's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for the processing.

6.2. After the above conditions end, the customer's personal data is deleted.

 

7. Access to personal data and other customer rights

7.1. ZBC undertakes to ensure the accuracy of personal data in accordance with the information that has become available to ZBC when using the website zygon.lv.

7.2. Visitors to the website have the right to access their personal data by sending a request to ZBC for the provision of information using the e-mail address: zygon@zygon.lv. Visitors have the right to request the following information:

1. the purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data;

2. the date on which the last change to the data was made;

3. source of personal data acquisition;

4. information on whether personal data is processed in an automated way;

5. and other information, if required by regulatory enactments.

7.3. In accordance with regulatory enactments, the customer also has the right to request access to ZBC's personal data, as well as to request ZBC to supplement, correct or delete, or restrict processing in relation to the customer, or the right to object to processing (including processing of personal data to the legitimate (legitimate) interests of ZBC) as well as the right to data portability. This right shall be exercised in so far as the processing of the data does not result from the obligations of ZBC imposed on it by the laws and regulations in force and which are performed in the public interest.

7.4. Visitors to the website zygon.lv have the right to request that his / her personal data be supplemented, corrected and data processing terminated or data deleted if they are outdated, incomplete, false, unlawfully processed or no longer meet the said purpose of data processing. 7.5. The customer has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments in connection with the processing of his data.

7.6. The Client may submit a request for the exercise of his rights:

• in writing in person at the ZBC office, presenting an identity document;

• by e-mail.

7.7. Upon receipt of a client's request for the exercise of its rights, ZBC verifies the client's identity, evaluates the request and executes it in accordance with regulatory enactments.

7.8. ZBC sends the response to the customer by post to the contact address indicated by him in a registered letter or e-mail, taking into account, as far as possible, the method of receiving the response specified by the customer.

7.9. ZBC ensures compliance with data processing and protection requirements in accordance with regulatory enactments and, in the event of a customer's objection, takes appropriate action to resolve the objection. However, if this fails, the customer has the right to apply to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate.

 

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

8.1. We assume that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy before using the zygon.lv website. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not provide any information via zygon.lv. ZBC reserves the right to unilaterally change and supplement the Privacy Policy at any time without notice and at any time.
